برنامج الحاضنة المنزلية الأول من نوعه في دبي والإمارات، تقدمه جامعة حمدان بن محمد الذكية (HBMSU) بالشراكة مع هيئة المعرفة والتنمية البشرية (KHDA)، يهدف إلى تمكين جيل جديد من رواد الأعمال
الشباب، من خلال بيئة تعليمية مبتكرة تنطلق من قلب المنزل. يجمع البرنامج بين
التكنولوجيا، الإبداع، والدعم الأسري ليحوّل كل بيت إلى منصة انطلاق للمشاريع
الريادية.
A CEO Under Our Roof
is the first home-based incubator
program of its kind in Dubai and the UAE, offered by Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart
University (HBMSU) in partnership with the Knowledge and Human Development
Authority (KHDA). The program aims to empower a new generation of young
entrepreneurs through an innovative learning environment that begins at home.
By combining technology, creativity, and family support, it transforms every
household into a launchpad for entrepreneurial ventures.

برنامج في بيتنا رائد هو مبادرة رائدة تهدف إلى:
- تنمية جيل من رواد الأعمال الشباب القادرين على استخدام التكنولوجيا بفعالية، وتحويل
أفكارهم إلى مشاريع واقعية.
- تعزيز دور الأسرة في دعم أبنائها الرياديين، من خلال توفير أدوات
ومصادر تعليمية داخل المنزل.
- تحويل المنازل إلى بيئات محفّزة
للإبداع، حيث يصبح كل فرد جزءًا من رحلة الابتكار والتطوير.
خلق فرص اقتصادية جديدة تنبع من داخل البيوت، وتساهم في بناء مجتمع ريادي
متكامل.
البرنامج مصمم ليكون تجربة تعليمية وتفاعلية، تجمع
بين التدريب العملي، التوجيه المهني، والدعم الأسري، مما يجعله الخيار المثالي
للعائلات التي تسعى لتطوير مهارات أبنائها وتمكينهم من دخول عالم ريادة الأعمال

Program Overview
A CEO
Under Our Roof is a pioneering initiative designed to:
- Develop a generation of young entrepreneurs who can
effectively harness technology and turn their ideas into real-world ventures.
- Strengthen the role of families in supporting their
children's entrepreneurial journeys by providing educational tools and
resources within the home.
- Transform homes into creativity-driven environments
where every family member becomes part of the innovation and development
process.
- Create new economic opportunities that originate
from within households, contributing to the growth of a well-rounded
entrepreneurial society.
The
program is crafted as an engaging and interactive learning experience that
combines hands-on training, professional mentorship, and family
involvement—making it the ideal choice for families seeking to nurture their
children's skills and empower them to confidently enter the world of
entrepreneurship.
Program Structure
- Duration: 8 days over
two weeks (4 days per week)
- Location: Campus of
Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University – Dubai
- Format: Hands-on
workshops for students combined with engaging activities

ينقسم البرنامج إلى محورين رئيسيين يُكمل أحدهما الآخر:
- المحور الأول: تمكين الطالب والتركيّز على بناء المهارات في ريادة
الأعمال، والابتكار، والعمل الجماعي، من خلال تدريب عملي مكثّف يهدف إلى تعلم أدوات
تقنية حديثة وتطوير فكرة وتحويلها إلى مشروع قابل للتنفيذ والعرض.
- المحور الثاني: إشراك العائلة حيث يوفّر البرنامج للعائلة دليلًا
عمليًا لتكون شريكًا فاعلًا في التجربة، من خلال تحويل المنزل إلى بيئة محفّزة على
الريادة، وتوزيع أدوار واضحة، وتعزيز التواصل البنّاء بين أفراد الأسرة.
- ويلتقي المحوران في المرحلة الختامية: عرض المشاريع النهائي حيث
يقدم الطلاب مشاريعهم أمام لجنة من الخبراء، بدعم مباشر من أسرهم.
The program is divided into two complementary tracks:
- Track One: Student Empowerment: Focuses on building
entrepreneurial, innovation, and teamwork skills through intensive hands-on
training. Students will learn to use modern technological tools, develop an
idea, and transform it into a viable project ready for presentation.
- Track Two: Family Engagement: The program provides
families with a practical guide to become active partners in the experience. It
helps turn the home into a nurturing environment for entrepreneurship by
assigning clear roles and fostering constructive communication among family
members.
- Both tracks converge in the final stage: the project
showcase, where students present their projects to a panel of experts—with
direct support from their families.
