First, please check that you have completed all the required activities in order for the certificate to be issued.
Please make sure to learn throughout all of the content of each topic and pass the quiz in order for the system to recognize that you have completed the topic, and you can receive your certificate. On the main course page, you should see a tick mark beside the activity to indicate that you have completed the activity.
When you have completed all requirements, you should automatically receive the certificate by email. Alternatively, you may also download your certificate by going to your Profile from the top menu, then click on “My Certificates” under the miscellaneous block.
