Prerequisites
- No

Recommended background:
- Foundational
project management knowledge or 1+ year of project experience.
- Project
management credentials Holders such as PMP/PgMP, PRINCE2/MSP/MoP Practitioner,
IPMA D–A, APM PMQ/ChPP, AACEI CCP.
- A
relevant master’s degree (PM, Sustainability, Business with PM, Engineering
with PM).
- Proficiency in English and basic digital skills
for online learning and exam readiness.
After completing this program, the
learner will be able to:
- Apply
sustainability principles across the project lifecycle to balance
environmental, social, and economic objectives.
- Perform
a P5 impact assessment and translate findings into actionable project
requirements and controls.
- Develop
and maintain a Sustainability Management Plan (SMP) aligned with
organizational strategy and stakeholder expectations.
- Integrate
sustainable procurement practices, including supplier evaluation and
lifecycle considerations, into project delivery.
- Build
sustainability into scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk plans, with
measurable KPIs and benefits realization criteria.
- Engage
stakeholders effectively, addressing societal pressure waves, materiality,
and change management needs.
- Identify,
assess, and treat sustainability-related risks and opportunities,
including compliance and reputational factors.
- Plan
and report sustainability performance using clear metrics, evidence, and
audit-ready documentation.
- Align project
practices with recognized standards and frameworks relevant to sustainable
project management.
- Demonstrate readiness for the GPM b™ exam
through blueprint-aligned knowledge and practice.
At the conclusion of the Program, participants
who successfully fulfill all program requirements will be awarded a Certificate
of Attendance with 35 learning PDU which qualifies them to apply for the
(GPM-b™) certification exam.
